This was just the beginning
SAP is a worldwide market leader in business software and services. I’ve been fortunate to work on several different iPad apps, as well as many other internal and external creative needs.
iPad App - Opportunity Catalog
Using Adobe Digital Publishing Suite– I designed this sales/presentation tool. Full of iPad friendly interaction, this “presentation on steroids” was well received by the folks at SAP.

iPad App - Customer Journey (1.0)
Using Adobe Digital Publishing Suite– I designed this piece to outline the successful journey of several SAP customers and the various connections between them all.
This app did so well amongst the executives at SAP that it became the prototype to something much bigger!

iPad App - Customer Journey (2.0)
Launched by the successful 1.0 release using Adobe DPS, Customer Journey evolved to the real thing, a full catalog of customers and their amazing stories.

My roll in this project was multifaceted to say the least. Starting with design of the overall app interface, story structure, layout and interaction. I then worked closely with developers– not only bringing the app to life on the iPad, but also with developing an easy-to-use backend system to upload content to feed to the app. Finally, I collaborated with editorial managers and writers to develop a library of rich and exciting stories.
This app is a great sales tool for SAP employees. It’s an easy, fun, and exciting way to explore the story behind the success. In a recent announcement email to employees, the headline reads “Telling customer stories just got cooler!”

SAP - Your Story iPad App
This iPad app was actually inspired by a unique kiosk video booth from SAP events. From this app SAP customers can create a profile, and record testimonials to be featured in various SAP marketing materials and success stories.

Espresso
Espresso is an internal modular content system. I was tasked with establishing and streamlining the interface.
